Welcome to Aqua Villa! Constructed in 2015, Aqua Villa is situated directly on beautiful Unicorn Cay Beach on the prestigious Banks Road, a short walk down the beach to Tippy's famous beachfront restaurant and bar. Aqua Villa is located just five minutes from the town of Governor's Harbour, the main town on the island, and just 15 minutes from the Governors Harbour airport.

The white Bermuda roof and ocean color façade of this aptly named, 1500 square foot villa immediately draws you in from the secluded parking area below. Curved limestone steps usher you up to Aqua Villa's entry while you are taken in by the sunset-facing heated pool, large pool deck and covered porch for private swimming and sunbathing.

The 350 square foot covered porch extends from the pool deck to separate wall-to-wall sliding door entrances to the two large adjacent bedrooms. The contemporary bedrooms each have king-sized beds and the master has a LED flat screen TV. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with private commode and shower. The second full bath has a porcelain tub/shower combination for those who enjoy soaking after a day of swimming, snorkeling, exploring, and beach walking.

Both bedrooms open to a vast east-facing great room with sweeping beach and ocean views. Enjoy the view while lounging on the comfortable sofa and leather chairs in the open living area with 55-inch LED flat-screen TV. The sofa converts into an oversize queen with a high quality mattress to accommodate two additional guests. This spacious, airy room has a beautiful tile floor centrally embedded with a compass design. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances are available for those who enjoy cooking up local seafood caught with your spear or line, or bought at the town dock. Enjoy mornings at the breakfast island or dining table for six while you eat and take in the ocean view. There's also a Keurig (be sure to bring KCups from home) as well as a regular coffee maker.

Wall-to wall screened sliders open onto at second large covered porch furnished for dining or relaxing as you enjoy the beach, ocean and lush landscape. Savor a sunrise breakfast and listen to the surf of the Atlantic or prepare a dinner on the outdoor gas grill and relax on a lounge. The enormous mahogany deck overlooking the beach is reminiscent of a ship's bow from which one can gaze at expansive, unobstructed north/south views along the beach.

Kayaks and beach going equipment are stored under the deck. A short grassy path leads downhill past a fully constructed outdoor shower with bench. Literally steps from Aqua Villa, a pristine pink-sand beach and crystal clear turquoise water await you. Your own thatched palapa provides a shady respite on your sunny beach.

OUR NEW ONE-BEDROOM GUEST COTTAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $800 to $950 PER WEEK, depending on the season. If you don't need the guest cottage, it will be locked off and not rented to anyone else.

Aqua Villa is fully air conditioned and has its own generator should power be interrupted. A laundry room is equipped with front-loading washer and dryer. Other amenities include high-speed internet with WIFI, cable TV, and a DVD player.

Nearby are Tippy's restaurant, a 5 minute walk down the beach, and the Banks Road Deli. A short drive back into Governor's Harbour and you have the convenience of banks, ATMs, grocery stores, bakery, liquor stores, gas stations, the Haynes Library, dive shop, gift shops, and medical clinic to satisfy your needs. You can dine at local places like Da Perk, the Buccaneer, French Leave 1648, Sunset Inn, or the Friday Night Fish Fry near Cupid's Cay. Centrally located, you can easily travel to many of Eleuthera's famous pristine 100 beaches, such as French Leave, Twin Coves, Ten Bay, or Sky Beach. Travel to the bottomless Ocean Hole, explore the caves, or visit small villages on your way to Lighthouse Beach and its cliffs. Enjoy it all while staying at Aqua Villa!
