This unit is centrally located in Montagu Villas, a tranquil gated community on Village Road, close to the beach, restaurants, stores, public transportation, and packed with standard Tangerine Sunsets services such as complimentary Netflix, free drinking water, coffee, tea and high speed internet.
There are 2 queen beds (one in each bedroom) and a quality sofa bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate 6 persons.
This home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with all standard appliances, dishware, cookware, bedding and towels, along with an ironing board and hair dryer. A smart HD TV with complimentary Netflix, apps like YouTube are also included for your enjoyment.
The unit also has a washer and dryer, and dedicated workspace with a desktop computer for those looking to get some work done while traveling. This unit is accessed by stairs and is located on the second floor.
