You'll find an abundance of outdoor amenities to maximize your time enjoying the sunshine. Perfect your putting skills on the private lakeside green or take the kayak out on the tranquil waters. Inside the expansive, fenced yard, you'll find the pool where you can spend your days floating to cool off. If you're craving some shade, lounge under the covered patio while more active guests make use of the cornhole court or basketball hoop on the front driveway.
If you're looking for some fun inside with the central air-conditioning, shoot some pool on the full-size billiards table. The open living space boasts a soaring ceiling and plenty of comfy seating so the whole group can stream a movie together on the smart TV.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
