The ground floor offers two master bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with two pyramid bunks. This level also has a game room, theater room, kitchenette, half bath, and elevator to provide easy access to all four floors. The game room has a pool table, foosball table, and two 32” TVs with Dish Network®. The adjacent theater room boasts real theater seats with stadium seating, a 60" Plasma TV home theater system with BOSE® surround sound, BluRay® player, Dish Network®, Netflix® and a library of over 150 popular movies.

The second level features four king master suites. Also on this level is a large den with a sofa bed, wet bar, mini fridge, 55” TV with Dish Network®, Roku® , video game console and board games for all ages. A slider opens to a shaded deck overlooking the pool area to enjoy the warm ocean breezes. The third level features the great room, appointed with cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows for panoramic ocean views that are simply breathtaking. A large gourmet kitchen, an oceanfront breakfast nook, and an elegant dining room with wine chiller make family meals at THE OASIS a delightful experience. Finishing this level is a king master suite with beautiful ocean views, sofa bed, and a decadent master bath with Jacuzzi® for two, double vanity, and separate shower, all featuring custom tile work. The huge fourth floor loft with oceanfront and soundside balconies offers respite from the rest of the world, allowing you to relax and escape into the panoramic ocean to sound views.

THE OASIS lives up to its name because of the large private swimming pool and kiddie pool for refreshing family time. You can rejuvenate yourself in the soothing eight-person hot tub, or stop by the tiki bar complete with bar sink, refrigerator, and cabana half bath. The outdoor shower provides a convenient way to wash off the sand and salt from the pristine, unspoiled beach found just a quick walk over the sand dune. A nearby community boardwalk is also available for easy access to the beach. With its full host of amenities, elevator, and handicap friendly facilities, this OASIS will keep you coming back year after year.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
