Step inside and discover a ground-level game room featuring a ping pong table, TV, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. There is a new washer/dryer on this level as well as two bedrooms — a room with two singles and another with two bunkbeds — that share a full hallway bath. A ground level elevator provides easy access to the home’s upper levels.

Four more bedrooms occupy the first level: two master king bedrooms with deck access and two master queen bedrooms, one with deck access.
