There are two outdoor showers to rinse off after a day on the beach and games in the carport area for the energized among you. Carry that competitive energy into the game room located just off the pool deck where a pool table, smart TV and a kitchenette will undoubtedly inspire invaluable family time and a whole lot of bragging rights. Also on this level is a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Four more bedrooms occupy the second level: two king master bedrooms with ensuite baths and a queen and a room with a pyramid bunk that shares a jack-and-jill bath. All of the home’s bedrooms include smart TVs. A laundry room is also on this floor, as well as a den that features a queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV and a vibe that the kids of the house can call their own. An open deck and covered porch on this level offer the omni-present opportunity to relax alfresco whenever the mood strikes.

The final bedroom, a king master with an ensuite bath featuring a tiled shower and free-standing tub, as well as access to a private deck, is located on the second level.
