The home’s first level reveals three bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a semi-private bath that also connects to the hall; a second queen bedroom, a bedroom with a queen and a double, and a room with two sets of bunk beds that share a jack-and-jill hallway bath. All the bedrooms feature a TV and DVD player and have access to a wrap-around deck to enjoy the spectacular sound views, most notably from the 5-person hot tub.

The final bedroom, a queen with ensuite bath featuring a large, dual-head walk-in shower, two workstations, TV, DVD player, and deck access is located on the second level.
