This deck offers built-in seating by the large 6-person hot tub with EZ-lift cover and a waterfall. The upstairs has a convenient half bath and an abundance of windows and juniper wood walls creating a light, warm atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen is supplemented by a breakfast bar that opens into a dining area with two large dining tables and stunning ocean views. The spacious great room with wooded cathedral ceiling and Smart TV is the perfect place to entertain or just relax. The great room opens to a wide, furnished oceanfront deck and spectacular ocean views. The extended top deck has built-in seating for watching the beautiful Hatteras Island sunset. Ceiling fans, carport under house, outdoor shower, grill, fish cleaning table, plenty of parking, short distance to shopping, grocery store, spa, bike rentals and coffee shop. Private community pool and tennis round out the benefits of this home.

You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
