Pass the convenient outdoor shower and laundry room on the ground-level to steps leading to this classic cedar shake home’s first-level deck. Adirondack chairs invite you to pause for a sensory check: the gorgeous view, the smell of the ocean air, and sounds of gulls flying above. The top-level captain’s watch is the perfect perch to catch an early morning sunrise or a shooting star. The main entry off the deck brings you into the communal living space ideally set by the oceanfront windows. The fully equipped kitchen with a two-seat breakfast bar and six-seat dining table makes feeding the family a breeze while the cozy living room with hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, and TV with DVD player provide for entertaining and relaxing moments.
When the day’s castle-building, body surfing, and island exploring adventures have wound down, retreat to four bedrooms that offer a comfortable space to rejuvenate for another day of family fun. On the first-level, two queen bedrooms, each with a TV, share a hall bath with a tub and shower. Head upstairs to the second-level and discover a queen bedroom with a TV, a room with two single beds, and another bath with a step-in shower. Just as this house is naturally connected to the dunes and ocean, your family will connect to the surroundings and each other with each passing day of your stay.
