The moment you step into FROLICKING SEAWARD, the charming vibe of this three-bedroom/two-bath home will have you embracing the ease of beach life right back.
The house is dog friendly and up to two furry friends will love frolicking on the grassy lawn that surrounds the house, especially when a corn hole or bocce ball game is in progress. Also, on the ground level you’ll find an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill to cook up your fresh catch later. On the first level, there is a queen master with an adjoining full bath. Enjoy access to the back deck where gentle breezes counter the afternoon sun for a delightful respite. On this level, too, you’ll find a bright and airy great room with comfy furniture providing a prime view of the wall-mounted 40-inch TV. Enjoy prepping meals in the nicely equipped kitchen that the whole family can enjoy at an eight-person farm table as a ceiling fan whirs gently overhead, or outside at the picnic table on the screened-in porch. Two more bedrooms occupy the top level, one with a queen bed and one with two sets of single bunks that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A deck on this level reveals ocean views, a sight that never grows old.
