PENGUIN POINT is situated on a spacious lot with a private dock, perfect for catching some rays, launching the provided kayaks and paddleboards, or casting a line. If your catch is dinner-worthy, there’s a charcoal grill to cook it up for a feast. After an action-packed day on the sound, enjoy a refreshing rinse-off in the two outdoor showers.
Enjoy the ease of one-level living, where three bedrooms share the upper level with the home’s open living space. There’s a master queen bedroom with a private bath and two bedrooms, a queen and two singles, that share a full hallway bath. The fully equipped kitchen and adjoining six-seat dining table make feeding the family a breeze.
