All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.

For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

**Due to rules established by the Ascent Home Owner's Association, only two rental guests are allowed to stay in each bedroom, with the exception of infants under the age of one, regardless of bedding configurations. No pets allowed.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price.
