Easy bay access from the public dock and kayak launch area on 57th Street. 1st floor features 2 bedrooms and a full tub shower bathroom. The spacious 1st floor Queen bedroom has a smart TV. Across the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin beds.There is also a separate laundry room on this level. After a fun beach day, guests will appreciate the convenience of the enclosed outdoor shower before entering through the side garage door. The large garage area has an extra refrigerator and plenty of room to store your personal beach vacation items. Owner will leave several beach chairs for tenant use. The 2nd floor great room has vaulted ceilings and wonderful natural light. One sofa in the 2nd floor living room is a queen size sofa bed. Sliding glass doors lead to a huge wrap around sundeck with both lounge chairs and and outdoor table and 6 chairs. Gas grill with a natural gas line on the deck. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. Plenty of dining space at the table, breakfast bar, and outdoor table.The primary suite has a California King and private stall shower bath. The hall tub shower bath serves the other 2 bedrooms on this level. 1 room has a Queen bed, and the other has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. 2 zone central air. There is a work space desk in the 2nd floor primary bedroom.

Located in Avalon, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Sea Isle City Beach and Wildwood Beach, while Cape May County Zoo and Morey's Piers are popular area attractions. Raging Waters Water Park and Pirate Island Golf are also worth visiting.
