More than 300 inventory photos and videos of the various items are taken immediately prior to guest check-in to ensure amenities are present, functional, and in good condition.

Located in the Avalon Manor section of this renowned shore town, beach access is a mere 5 minute drive away and 2 Priority bicycles are provided to traverse the Avalon Manor neighborhood. A Tiki Firepit and 6 Polywood Adirondack chairs are provided to enjoy next to the Jacuzzi Hot Tub (J280). An outdoor shower stall allows for rinsing off after a lovely beach day.
