"Fairweather Cottage" is named for this home's original owners' wooden "ketch" that sailed to Avalon! This tandem walk-through three bedroom, two bath two level house (the second level is one of the bedrooms and both bathrooms are downstairs) is located less than two blocks from the beach, and was totally remodeled in 2008. Carpet has been replaced with hardwood floors in April 2019.
