This well cared for vacation home is the lower half of a duplex located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the green Pleasure Pier and downtown Avalon. It is a one level home with three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a double sofa sleeper with new carpeting installed. In addition to wireless internet, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen with a large family dining table next to the kitchen and washer/dryer. The living room offers a 40-inch flat panel UHD 4K Smart TV and a DVD player. Located in Avalon, this vacation home is by the sea. Travelers looking for local activities can try Avalon Port and Catalina Island Golf Course, while those looking to experience a bit of culture can stop by Catalina Island Museum. Three Palms Avalon Arcade and Nature Center at Avalon Canyon are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
