The apartment impresses with a very cozy living area, interpreting the term "good parlor" in a modern, comfortable way. The use of dark woods makes the space feel cozy and warm.
An open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and breaks down the classic separation between cooking and socializing. If you're looking for a bit more variety, you'll find restaurants and après-ski bars in the nearby area that certainly offer suitable alternatives.

In just a few steps, you can reach the Duxeralm lift, which takes you directly to the 143 kilometers of slopes in the Zillertal Arena.

If you have little or no experience on skis, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school in the Filzstein district. You can rent the perfect equipment for this right next to our office at Intersport Patterer.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, Hochkrimml is the right place for you during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, and the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
