Our brand new and exclusive apartment is located directly in the ski and hiking area of the Zillertal Arena at an altitude of 1150 m. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
The snow-covered valley run of the Zillertal Arena leads past our newly built house. The ski bus stop is just 50 meters from the property. The middle station of the ski area is just 1 km from the property.
In addition to a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeping accommodation for 2, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each.
There is also a spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The surrounding balcony offers a breathtaking view over the Zillertal and the surrounding mountain scenery.
The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

Since our apartment is located at an altitude of 1150 m, we recommend snow chains in winter.
Located in Rohrberg, this apartment is near theme parks and in the mountains. Rosenalmbahn 2 and Rosenalm Ski Lift 2 are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Zillertal and Sommerwelt Hippach.
