The newly renovated and modernly furnished holiday home Tirol extends over four floors with 300m² of living space and offers space for up to 18 people. The entire house has eight bedrooms (4 double rooms and 2 triple rooms) and a total of five bathrooms.
Three double rooms (one of which is a triple room) are in the basement, one double room is on the ground floor, three further double rooms (one of which is a triple room) are on the first Upstairs and another double room (with French bed) is on the 2nd Oberg lap. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, in the living area a fireplace with a bench and living area and a large dining area (the table can be expanded from 12 people) for up to 18 people.
In the 2nd On the upper floor there is also a living area with a tiled stove and stove bench. From here you have a wonderful view of the Ötztal mountains. In the garden there is a cozy lounge with a grill and a playground with a trampoline. A ski boot dryer is in the garage.

Located in Umhausen, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. Stams Abbey and Knappenwelt Gurgltal are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Aqua Dome and Acherkogel 1. Traveling with kids? Consider Ötztaler Birds of Prey Park and Widiversum. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the sledding and ice skating.
