From the moment you arrive, the home’s warm coastal aesthetic and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a truly effortless stay. The entry level features open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces designed for easy entertaining, along with a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite, plus two additional queen bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms on this level are fitted with split system air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Upstairs, a loft-style retreat provides a dedicated kids’ zone with three single beds and its own air conditioning, offering older children a private and fun space to unwind. Downstairs, a spacious rumpus room complete with bean bags and air conditioning creates a second living area for children and teens. This level also includes a fifth bedroom, third bathroom, laundry, and a bunk room featuring a tri-bunk and additional bunk beds — thoughtfully designed as a dedicated teenage retreat.
Outdoors, La Balena truly shines as a private resort-style escape. The expansive pool deck is perfect for long summer days, complete with a full-sized swimming pool, a cabana with a wood-fired pizza oven, and a stylish outdoor bar with a wine fridge. A convenient poolside bathroom and shower add to the effortless holiday experience, while landscaped garden areas provide additional space for relaxation and play.
Multiple indoor and outdoor living zones ensure there is room for everyone to unwind, while the level front lawn, gated access, BBQ area, and long driveway with parking for up to four cars enhance both comfort and practicality.
