> We have a strict NO NOISE policy. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
> Pool hours are strictly 8am to 9pm only.
We have a strict policy in relation to ‘visitors’ staying over at the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Parties, functions, weddings, wedding related parties, graduates, schoolies/teenager bookings are not accepted. Vue Nelson Bay maintains the right to terminate your stay, if you are found to be hosting any of these events during your stay.

D'Albora Marinas Nelson Bay and Nelson Bay Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Bagnalls Beach Reserve and Tomaree National Park.
