Located approx 5 minutes from the Cowes Esplanade, the house boasts 4 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, a sitting room, private balcony & large bath. An outdoor alfresco area has just been added, with extra couches for some relaxing outdoors.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
LINEN - All linen, towels and bath mats are supplied and beds are made up.
GUEST REGISTRATION FORM - You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Driver’s License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: applies to all our holiday rental properties.
This Property is NOT PET FRIENDLY.
KEY COLLECTION - ALL KEYS MUST BE COLLECTED AND RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE as per our instructions – Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY - WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
If a Cancellation is requested at any time, the 50% deposit will not be refunded but can be applied to a future date at the same property.
This credit can be held for 12 months only, after which it is forfeited.

Located in Cowes, this vacation home is on the beach. National Vietnam Veterans Museum and Pt Leo Estate Sculpture Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Phillip Island Leisure Centre and Phillip Island Wildlife Park. A Maze'N Things and Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
