The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 people. There are 3 Smart Tvs, - the living room has a Smart TV allowing you to watch Netflix or Foxtel etc, Couches, chairs, large air conditioning unit and Pool Table.
Kitchen is now brand new! Dining and Living open onto upstairs decks with outdoor table, BBQ, lounge and chairs. There are bay views from these balconies.
The house comes with unlimited Wifi, all outdoor areas are secure, and there is an outdoor shower for after the beach.
The house is pet friendly - Owner permission is required before bringing any pets

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mount Martha, a neighborhood in Melbourne. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Balcombe Creek Bushland Reserve and Hopetoun Norfolk Flora and Fauna Reserve, while Peninsula Studio Trail - Judy Reekie Studio and Pt Leo Estate Sculpture Park are cultural highlights. Mornington Railway and Mornington Park are also worth visiting.
