Bedroom 2 offers lake and ocean views from the bed framed by a sculptured native white gum.
Like the other 2 bedrooms, bedroom 3 is a generous size, able to easily accommodate the single foldaway bed if required.
This bespoke home offers accommodation for up to 8 guests, in the form of 3 queen size beds, a quality single foldaway bed (able to be placed in one of the bedrooms), plus a generous sized single sofa bed located in a study nook adjacent to the living area which also offers beautiful ocean views.
An under-croft games room/garage is equipped with a table tennis table, dart board, bowls and golf putting game.
The distance to Middleton Beach, whale watching boardwalk and local entertainment precinct is approximately a 2 minute drive, 7 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk. Albany CBD is just a 5 minute drive.
Mira Mar, a neighborhood in Albany, is home to this vacation home. Old Farm on Strawberry Hill and Desert Mounted Corps Memorial are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Billaboya Reserve and Torndirrup National Park. Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre and Western Australian Museum are also worth visiting.
