Cactus has some of the best views of Emu Bay. Front row, but hidden away from the road, Cactus is surprisingly private.
The open plan living area and deck are perfect for seamless entertaining. The house has an extremely well appointed, large kitchen with high end appliances - two fridges, pod machine and Miele double oven.
The master bedroom, with ensuite, also affords beautiful views accross the bay. Two further bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests. Located at the rear is another living area with TV and sofa - perfect for the kids.
The second bathroom and laundry complete the listing with additional shower, toilet, washer, dryer and huge double vanity.
Only a minutes walk away, Emu Bay is one of KI's best swimming beaches. Along with that it is also one of the most popular boat launching locations. Fish, Kayak, paddleboard, swim or just walk or relax on the beach. Emu Bay is also one of only a couple of beaches that allows cars to drive along it.
Emu Bay is home to this vacation home. Spring Road Winery and Kangaroo Island Spirits are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cygnet Estuary Conservation Park and Lathami Conservation Park. Island Beehive and Kingscote Tidal Pool are also worth visiting.
