Kooringal Cottage meaning home by the sea and this is exactly what you get. Located across the road from the beach and 250m from the town centre the location is premium. A hop and a skip across the road and through the park and your toes will be in the white sandy shore and crystal-clear ocean.
The property has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with air conditioning. There are large windows for natural light and to capture the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. There is a covered wrap around outdoor area to relax and unwind.
There are three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. There is also a full laundry with a washer and dryer for guest use. The property is fully fences with an electric gate to the secure carport for your car.
You will be able to park the car and walk to everything you need. The patrolled beach and town centre are 250 metres from your doorstep. There is everything from shops and cafes to clubs and restaurants as well as parks, communal BBQs, exercise stations and more.

Located in Woorim, this vacation home is by the sea. Bribie Island Butterfly House and Bribie Island Aquatic Leisure Centre are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Redcliffe Jetty Markets and Bluewater Square. Tangalooma Wrecks and Redcliffe Showgrounds are also worth visiting.
