Self contained cottage suitable for couples, singles or small families. Queen size bed & two folding beds with all linen supplied. Situated on 6.5 peaceful acres of garden and native bush, home to abundant bird & wildlife.
Fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioner for heating & cooling and a front load washing machine for your convenience.
The cottage is close to shops, cafes & art galleries and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Boat ramp nearby. Outside fish cleaning facilities and use of a freezer.

Bay of Shoals Winery and Spring Road Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cygnet Estuary Conservation Park and Beyeria Conservation Park.
