Our detached office space creates the perfect distraction-free environment for any digital nomads or business travelers in your group. There is a desk, monitor, an office chair, and plenty of light flowing through the glass doors. The WiFi from the house reaches out to this private space, so no need to worry about lack of connection!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
You'll find a brand new grill (compatible with gas and charcoal) and a table with seating for 8 is available to enjoy outdoor dining and sip on your coffee or wine. We've recently added an additional lounging set for 8 so there is plenty of space! There is also plenty of grassy space for yard games and a large tree to provide shade. This area is completely fenced in to give you a sense of privacy that is often hard to find in the city.

GENERAL: Free Fiber internet (up to 500 mbps, depending on where in the house you are). Accessible throughout the house as well as separate office space.

Family friendly: high chair and pack and play available upon request. Children dinnerware and plenty of games are provided.

PARKING: free parking on driveway, plenty of space for additional cars. You will have quick and easy access to the front door. Please refrain from parking in front of surrounding neighbors' homes.

CLEANING: Our cleaners follow an enhanced cleaning protocol to provide a clean and safe space for your visit. A starter pack will be provided with all stays and includes laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are available for use on site.

CAMERAS: Cameras are in use at the front door, back porch and side of property for your safety. Any tampering with, removing, disconnecting, moving, or covering equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation and removal without refund.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters. Please consider travel insurance if you have any concerns.

***A legally signed rental agreement and $400 security deposit hold is required for all stays. The Rental Agreement can be seen under the house rules section. All reservations are considered tentative for 48 hours, or until a signed agreement is received, whichever comes first.
