Enjoy a stylish and memorable experience at this East Austin oasis, located just walking or biking distance to local breweries, restaurants and Lady Bird Lake! This home is the perfect spot for group trips with family or friends and comes with so much to explore - both around the city and at the home. Just 2 miles from downtown (Rainey Street), 1.5 miles from the lake for outdoorsy folks, a quick 20 min drive to COTA and only 10-15 mins from all of the ACL and SXSW activity you could imagine.
The space
Featuring a variety of rooms to meet all of your tropical dreams, the home comes fully furnished and styled, with endless natural lighting, to take you away from reality and into an oasis.
Common areas for hanging out, watching movies/catching up on Netflix, or hosting lavish meals include:
- a chef's kitchen that opens up to the dining and living rooms, both furnished with a large farmhouse style dining table, oversized sectional couch
- the kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, flatware, cooking basics, toaster, and coffee maker.
- private backyard with a grill and patio sectional, and a massive front yard space enclosed by fencing that features the perfect fire pit setting for a s'mores night in.
The property comfortably sleeps 9 guests, with three private bedrooms and one very fun third floor private loft, each stocked with cozy bedding and towels. Three uniquely themed bathrooms offer so much space and lighting to get ready for the day (or night!) and come equipped with basic toiletries, hairdryers and new shower amenities. Any laundry needs can also easily be handled in the fully stocked laundry room.
For those who are currently working from home, the second floor rooms each include an office space with a desk and chair. And, there's plenty more space to work from in the living room, dining room and outside on the patio.
Outside, guests will be able to park one car on the private driveway and also have the option for street parking.
There are plenty of mirrors and natural lighting throughout the home and outlets almost everywhere for ease in getting a recharge or plugging in hair tools, etc. High-speed WiFi is also included with your stay.
The home also comes with many fun indoor and outdoor games for groups, including: cards, Giant Jenga, corn hole, and more!
The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in.
