We understand that going on vacation doesn't always mean taking time off. For anyone who needs to work remotely during their stay, there is a dedicated workspace set up in the master-bedroom, making it the perfect room for business travelers to work in complete privacy. The high speed WiFi ensures you can make calls without any lags and get all your work done.

The master bathroom is a beautiful space with plenty of natural light and room to move around. Treat yourself to a steamy shower and impressive water pressure. The mirrored vanity has two sinks, great lighting, and plenty of room to store your bathroom essentials. The deep jetted tub is nestled under a wall of frosted glass and is a perfect place to soak your tired muscles after a day walking around downtown.

The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and extended vanity. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

The bright full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets stocked with all the kitchen gadgets, cookware, and utensils you need to cook delicious meals for the whole family during your stay. GUEST ACCESS:

As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself, private backyard, and washer and dryer. There is private parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and plenty of free parking on the street. You’ll be given a unique keycode for easy access to the home. The only area off limits is the garage and locked owner’s closets.

If you’re traveling with little ones you’ll be happy to find all of the kids’ equipment already in the home, including toys, books, board games, a Pack n’ Play, a highchair, plastic plates, utensils, etc.

We allow up to three well-behaved and house-trained dogs for a fee of $100 per dog to cover additional cleaning costs. The dogs must be under 80lbs each unless previously agreed on with the host. We provide doggy feeding bowls for your convenience so you don’t have to worry about packing your own. Please make sure you clean up any dog waste in the yard and keep the pets off the furniture. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home during your stay.

Please note that there are outdoor cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Our neighborhood enforces quiet hours after 9:00pm. Please do not loiter outside in the front yard or our backyard after 9 PM at night. Please be mindful of noise.

Smoking of any kind (tobacco, weed, vape, etc) is strictly prohibited on the property. Please note that it is illegal to use Marijuana in the state of Texas. If you smoke marijuana on our property, our neighbors will call the police and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund, in addition to any penalties imposed by law enforcement.

We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500.

Please note: We do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking.

Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly home. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on other furniture and must be crated if left alone in the house. No other pets are allowed unless previously agreed to by the host. Each dog will be $100 each.

We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or inconveniences caused due to weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles or the property uninhabitable due to damages caused by natural disasters.

COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.
