This house is on a steep cliff. The deck is very high off of the ground and the driveway is steep and curved with a drop off. Guests must utilize the property as a whole at their own risk, owner is not liable for any damage, personal loss, of death as a result of staying at the property. This liability release extends to all persons on the property at the time of the stay or immediately before or after.
If bringing a boat, there is parking next to the garage for a trailer but you must discuss with Elise first. Be prepared to provide the length, make and model of your boat.
Located in Apache Shores, a neighborhood in Austin, this vacation home is near theme parks and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Travis and Lake Austin. JumpStreet and Main Event Entertainment are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain climbing nearby.
