A one-bedroom flat located in the heart of the highly coveted Zilker neighborhood. Less than a block away you will find Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake trail, UMLAUF Sculpture Garden & Museum, and Zilker Park - home to SXSW and ACL music festivals! South Lamar, South Congress, Downtown, The Capitol, and Rainey Street District are all just a quick walk, scooter, or bike ride away.

This flat was professionally designed and renovated in 2022. It contains luxury vinyl flooring, contemporary fixtures, and has a clean, modern look. It also contains all brand new furniture from May 2022 as well. It is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom that can sleep up to 5 comfortably. This condominium is one of four in a one-story building. It is an end unit which means it only shares one wall with unit #3. All areas inside the condo are completely private, including the backyard.

BEDROOM:
- A king-size bed with a 12-inch memory foam mattress, 1000 thread count Egyptian cloth linens, CB2 duvet cover, throw blanket, and four plush king-size pillows
- A Kescas fold-out chair that transforms into a bed similar to a twin size. In the closet, there is a 3-inch foam mattress topper, sheet set, lightweight blanket, and queen-sized pillow that go with this bed to make it extremely inviting
- 43-inch Roku smart TV with all major TV and movie apps

BATHROOM:
- Luxury Terra Pure shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion
- Complimentary Neutrogena makeup wipes

AMENITIES
- There are 2 parking spaces for this unit right in front of the building labeled, "4."
- This flat is just a short 5-minute walk to Barton Springs Pool. Just walk out the front door, and go right on Hollow Creek towards Barton Hills Drive. When you get to the intersection, cross the street and take a right but immediately on your left will be some dirt trails. Take the one that leads the furthest right and you have arrived!
- THIS FLAT IS ALSO LESS THAN A MILE AWAY FROM ZILKER PARK! Home to the SXSW and ACL music festivals. If you continue walking down Lady Bird Lake Trail next to Barton Springs, Zilker Park is just another 5-10 minutes away.
- There are several places nearby to rent scooters, bicycles, and kayaks/paddleboards
- Barton Hills Market is less than a 3 minute's walk away for all of your snack/drink/beer needs. They also have a small deli that is usually open if you need a quick bite to eat.
