This luxury, two story, home-like condo overlooking Lake Travis offers an amazing and tranquil destination. Come relax, and enjoy the gorgeous, unobstructed, 180-degree 5 mile view this property has to offer, as you catch all the boats floating by on Austin's premiere lake. This property is located on the deepest and widest part of the lake. Once you get here, you won't want to go anywhere else!
This high-end property has been recently remodeled with brand new furniture and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a balcony, and the master bath offers beautiful views of the lake. The second master bedroom upstairs offers two elegant, full size beds with a large bathroom and a lake view from the shower as well. Both bathrooms upstairs have jetted tubs. The downstairs bedroom has a brand new queen bed and an attached office. All bedrooms come with HD LED TVs and cable.
The laundry room is equipped with a front-load, high-capacity Washer and Dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. All linens throughout are white to ensure that they are cleaned and sanitized. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffeemaker, and a Nespresso milk frother for your perfect coffee, cappuccino, or latte in the morning. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare any kind of meal. The great room features 14-foot ceilings, giving you a spacious and modern feel. This room also opens to the patio,where you are welcome to our brand new, top-of-the-line WEBER GENESIS Gas Grill. The patio is excellent for having a sunset dinner, or to relax in the evening with a cocktail while listening to your favorite music on the indoor/outdoor wireless bluetooth sound system.
The resort style amenities include lake access, day marina, one swimming pool, one hot tub, a basketball court, two tennis courts, and a brand new gym.
For the golf lover, there is Falconhead Golf Course only 15 minutes away. If you want to play on the lake there are boat and jet ski rentals, as well as overnight and/or weekend slips to leave your boat 5 minutes from the property. Downtown is 23 minutes away.
