Master room w/ queen bed and ensuite bath, second room w/ queen bed, third room w/ queen bed, fourth room with two full size beds, 1 bathroom in the hallway. TVs throughout including 1 in each bedroom as well as 1 in living room and 1 in sunroom! Private outdoor patio and fully fenced yard for relaxing in the warm GA weather.

Kitchen is fully stocked for groups that like to cook and entertain 🍽.

Large driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles with covered parking for 2 of those vehicles.

Central location is excellent to get to nearby bars/restaurants (5-10 min), grocery stores (5 min), downtown (10 min), hospitals (8 min) and I-20 Highway (3 min). Uber/car services are available for getting a round town without a car.

This property is pet friendly but all pets must be approved in writing prior to booking. The pet fee is $100 per pet. Max 2 pets. We are unable to accept cats. Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors as the yard is not fully fenced. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.
