EVENT SPACE DIRECTLY ON THE RIVERFRONT: Gorgeous 1,000+ sq. ft. event space for up to 20 people on the Savannah River in Augusta GA! Fully equipped for seating up to 20 people. Comfortable new wicker couches w/thick cushions. Equipped with 6 ft. tables, & chairs. This bright, and partially enclosed event space overlooks the river, has its own separate living room that can double as a food serving room. It two huge tv’s in the space (86 inch, & 55 inch) for dual viewing pleasure. Event space comes equipped with recessed lighting, overhead fans, floor fans, and foosball table. With excellent RIVERFRONT views of the Savannah River, it overlooks a manicured lawn, with beautifully decorated walking paths, equipped with pathway lighting, that leads to a private pier and dock that allows fishing directly off of your own private pier! Enjoy watching Otto the Otter & family of two swimming around your private dock & pier; luxuriate in front row seats to Fireworks that happen directly across the river; wave at the Jet skiers, & riverboats as they pass by. Make lasting family memories at this beautiful riverfront event space.
24 HOUR RENTALS: 10am-10am
Access to event space as early as 10am for event set-up. Renters have a full 24-hours until 10am the following day.
NOTE:
1) MANDATORY QUIET HOURS Begin at 10:30pm.
2) ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD PARTIES OR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY
3) MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 20 PEOPLE
4) RENTAL INCLUDES USE OF THE FOLLOWING:
a) Full lower deck, partially screened event space (~1,000 sq. ft.)
b) Full newly painted & renovated event space
c) Full Living Room space, which can be used as a food serving space
d) 2 Large screen TV's (86 inch, & 55inch), & Foosball table
e) 2 (6) six foot tables, & chairs
f) Separate side access to event space; & access to private pier and dock for fishing
g) Use of Gas Grill
h) High-speed Internet access
i) Recessed lighting, outdoor ceiling fans, & floor fans
j) New Comfortable outdoor couches & chairs
k) Outdoor electrical sockets
l) Access to manicured lawn, and beautiful walking lighted pathways.
CLEANING & PROPERTY DAMAGE NOTE: EXCESSIVE CLEANING CHARGE OF $300/Hour will apply if property is left filthy; $50 per damaged/broken item.
