• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• - checkout time is 10:00, and we’ll be happy to accommodate a later exit when possible - if you used the hot tub and haven’t done so, please put one spoonful of sanitizer (jar with blue lid)
• - strip used beds so we know which linens to wash and if you would like to help out the cleaning crew, wash them and start a drying cycle (please don't leave wet clothes in the washer though)
• - make sure portable heaters and coffee makers are turned off - leave garage and gate remotes in kitchen counter
