We are excited to welcome you to this updated home less than 2
miles from Auburn University. Situated in a quiet neighborhood,
you will find the home nestled in a relaxing setting while still close enough to all that Auburn has to offer. This newly furnished home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as private parking for up to 3 cars.

Upon entering this single-story home, you are immediately
greeted with an open floor plan complete with a cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen, and a dining room that comfortably seats 6. The garage, with its additional seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, foosball and ping pong tables, offers just the right spot for
entertaining friends and family.

The owner’s bedroom is designed with a king size bed and
additional Smart TV. A private bathroom with large walk in
shower and oversized closet make for a peaceful retreat. The
remaining 2 bedrooms, each have a queen size bed and shared
bathroom.

The fully fenced in back yard is equipped with a Traeger grill
perfect for all game day cookouts.

There is also a laundry room available for use during your stay.
