Imagine waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean and spending your days exploring the Boardwalk and indulging in local cuisine!

Stay connected and entertained during your stay with free Wi-Fi and two Smart TVs in two separate living room areas.

There are also 2 separate fully-equipped kitchens which include all the cooking essentials you need to prepare meals, including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, sheet pans, colanders, an electric kettle, a drip-style coffee maker, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, drinkware, flatware, dinnerware and more.

We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including ironing equipment, hair dryers, and starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, and bathroom amenities.

Bath towels and hand towels are also provided, but please bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit the beach.

With easy access to the beach and the bustling city, you'll have the perfect home base to explore and unwind!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the house in the building and can be accessed from the exterior. Please be mindful of your neighbors with respect to noise, trash, and parking. Parking is available on the street (subject to posted signs) and paid off-street parking is also available nearby.

The Neighborhood:
One of the most famous cities on the New Jersey Coast, Atlantic City is known for its iconic Boardwalk, sandy beaches and glamorous casinos and with the house in such a great location you are only ever a short walk away from all the action.

Atlantic City is a family-oriented town with attractions for everyone. It's a top entertainment spot with big-name stars regularly appearing at its many hotels and theaters. You’ll also find great local acts at beachside venues like the Landshark Bar & Grill (2 minute walk away).

Enjoy a snack on the Boardwalk less than one block from the house or discover Atlantic City institutions like Dock’s Oyster House (6 min walk). Visit in March for Atlantic City Restaurant Week to sample some of the best food in the city all in the one place.

Relax on the beach on a luxe deck chair while the kids dig in the sand and enjoy a dip in the water, take surfing lessons or hit up the popular Central Pier Arcade just 2 minutes away. Then dine out with countless restaurants, cafes and bars all within a short walk from the house.

Leave the car behind and stroll to the many glamorous casinos nearby along the boardwalk with many more attractions and things to see and do in AC all close by:

Getting Around:
The best way to get around in Atlantic City is on your own two feet with most attractions within walking distance of one another.

If you're worn out from walking, you can hop on the AC's Jitney minibuses which are inexpensive and run 24 hours a day. The minibuses operate along Pacific Avenue and make stops at casinos and major attractions in the city.

For a more historic mode of transport, you can opt to be pushed along the boardwalk in a shaded rolling chair to see the sights from a different perspective – operators charge by the block, with a minimum fare of $5.

You can also use ride sharing apps like uber/Lyft or call a taxi with cars available anytime of the day or bring along your own car with free street parking available.

Other Things to Note:
A few things to note about the house:
1) Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee. Please advise before booking your reservation.
2) There is (1) Smart TV in each of the living rooms. Please note that we do not have cable TVs.
3) In an effort to combat noise concerns and out of consideration for our neighbors, we have noise sensors installed at the property to monitor noise levels. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not eclipse a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you're not engaging in excessive partying.
4) Please note that per Atlantic City's rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21.
5) Please also note that while fully renovated, the home was built over 100 years ago, so it may have some quirks to embrace.

Interaction with Guests:
If we are not near the property, our property manager lives close by and is accessible.
