My home is the perfect place for your family's vacation 5min walk to the Atlantic City Boardwalk and is just blocks away from Shops and Restaurants.
The space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, family room. There's a patio with a Small Table for 2 so you can relax

Bedroom 2: 1 full-sized bed + bunk-bed (full-sized) w/twin bed (Pull Drawer)

You are one block away from the Absecon Lighthouse, Shops, and Restaurants.
You will have access to the entire house :)!

There’s NO street parking available, you may park in a Garage around the Broadwalk.

Shared ownership is not a new concept. It helps offset the members'/owners' everyday expenses. Ownership is held in an LLC.
The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC before any use of the property. Thus, you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property.
This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal to schedule and book this property on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the everyday expenses of maintaining the property.
