Fully Renovated, Ocean Front Corner Unit, Family Friendly, 24 Hour Security with Key Fob entrance, Clean & Well Stocked, High-Speed Internet and One outside parking spot included, parking in the front of the building is first come first serve with overflow parking in a lot behind the building.

Unbeatable, direct oceanfront views from all windows in this upgraded two-bedroom unit! Enjoy the onsite indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and location directly on the boardwalk, right next to the Tropicana. Over-sized windows capture beautiful views of the ocean waves, beaches, & breezes, along with all the action of the boardwalk. High ceilings are well lit with new overhead lighting fixtures & ceiling fans, and easy-to-clean planked flooring throughout.

Open concept Kitchen/Living/Dining area:

-Quartz counter-tops with glass top, electric stove/oven, Bosch quiet dishwasher, microwave, and deep sink with detachable faucet.
-The refrigerator is located steps from the kitchen, in the hallway to maintain a full-sized refrigerator while not being interrupted by the noise of a refrigerator running.
-Fully stocked with glasses, dishes, serving pieces, utensils, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender
-Kitchen island on wheels so you can move it around, with a drop-down leaf for seating. Two saddle-style stools
-Large, leather sectional sofa and window seat with cushions.
-Television

Bedrooms:

-Queen-sized bed, two dressers, and pull-out love seat in the master bedroom. (Furniture can be rearranged in the master bedroom if you would like to utilize the pull-out sofa. It is usually located under the window for comfortable seating/relaxing while looking at the amazing views.)
-Second bedroom has a twin bed with a pass-through window to the kitchen/living room (Amazing views of the ocean). Curtains inside the bedroom will close off the pass-through. There is a ladder-style shelf with a pull-down desk for a laptop workstation.
-Sheets, pillows and blankets provided

Bathroom:

-The bathroom features a tub/shower unit with a detachable, magnetic shower head.
-There are two access doors to the bathroom, a sliding, barnyard door from the hallway, and a traditional door from the master bedroom.
-Bath and beach towels provided.

Hallway:

-You enter the unit into the hallway. There is a nice-sized walk-in closet for extra storage, a full-sized refrigerator with room for storage on top, and a white cabinet stocked with housewares to use. ***If accessibility is needed in the unit please let us know so we can move the cabinet in the hallway for access.

Building Information:

-Enjoy a famous, historic building with exquisite architectural details and direct boardwalk access.
-Indoor pool and hot tub area has lounging furniture inside and outside on the two decks.
-Well equipped gym with machines, weights, and aerobic machines
-3 separate lounging areas with leather sofas
-Locker rooms with bathrooms, changing areas, showers, and saunas
-Ballroom with pool tables, ping pong, and foosball.
-Winding grand staircase and black & white marbled hallway that leads to the boardwalk
-Laundry rooms on each floor, you will get a card you can prepay for laundry usage

First Time Guest Requirements for the Association and Information:

- Credit score minimum of 650
- Favorable Background Check
- No personal info. required for credit/background check, a link will be sent to you to complete at no extra charge to you
- Pets are not allowed
- Must be over 3 and potty trained to use the indoor pool
- At times you hear music from the beach bar when it is open.

Rental Information:
