Ground Level: Covered Parking. Access to the Elevator and Stairs to the main living areas. The Theater Room is adorned with relaxing furniture including a Sectional Couch and three recliners along with a large Flat Screen TV.

Level One: The spacious Game room offers entertainment for all ages with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, and Poker Table. The French doors open to the Oceanfront Pool area with your Private Pool and Hot Tub. Access to a Full Bathroom is located directly from the Pool Area. A Wet Bar is located directly off the Recreation room - the perfect place to mix a cold beverage to take out to the pool with you! Bedroom #1 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Private Bathroom and direct access to the Oceanfront deck and Pool area. The tasteful nautical theme, decorated with both historic pieces and local artist will give you such a refreshing feeling. The incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean will be the first thing you eyes are drawn to but then you will begin to see the elegant details in this home. Oars that washed ashore on the coastline of Oregon from the Tsunami drape the Great Room walls. A telescope is provided to view the shore birds, dolphins in the surf, and boats in the distance. Two French style doors open up to the top floor Oceanfront Deck where you can view the Crystal Coast coastline, but on a clear day you can also see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, a moment you will never forget. The Dining Room with seating for 20, located directly off the Kitchen, has gorgeous views of both the Ocean and the Sound. The expansive gourmet kitchen will make family meals a breeze, with all top of the line appliances and an island perfect for preparing and entertaining. A Large Walk-in Pantry will give you all the space you need for your getaway. A Half Bath is located directly off the Main Living Area. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
