Going down to the first floor you’ll find the spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, hard surface flooring and stainless appliances, a half bath, and spacious living area to enjoy TV viewing and relaxation. Enjoy the spacious covered and open decks off the main living area, perfect for capturing the warm ocean breeze, afternoon sunsets and dining under the stars. Off the main living area, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath. The ground level features a recreation area with seating, ping-pong table, TV and washer/dryer. Elevator from ground floor to top floor. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Gas grill for outdoor meals after a day on the beach. Two private car garages (one with EV charging station). Short drive to attractions including the NC Aquarium, Atlantic Beach, Fort Macon State Park and historic Beaufort. Available year-round. Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed on premises.
