Bedroom # 3 has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, sliding door for easy boardwalk beach access. The full bathroom connects to the hallway and the bedroom with locking doors for privacy.

Level One: The kitchen area has a huge breakfast bar and appliances including stove/oven, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, and filtered drinking water at the sink. Refill those water bottles for free! The Beachy furniture is comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the Smart TV with DVD player. Double sliding doors provide access to the deck with comfortable deck furniture. The dining area includes a large table with seating for six. Bedroom # 4 has king sized bed, ceiling fan, Color Cable TV with DVD Player, and a private full bathroom. Sliding doors provide access to the private elevated deck overlooking the grassy common area. Perfect for reading, private time, or checking in at work. An additional full bathroom shares hallway access the bedroom and has locking doors for privacy.

Please Note: THIS IS AN ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE CHECK-IN. Complex rentals are ONLY allowed two (2) parking passes, which are numbered. Renters MUST check into the Atlantic Beach Office for these to be assigned.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
