WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 2 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-Beach Access: From the house you will turn right onto Oakleaf Drive to head towards HWY 58. Once at HWY 58 you will turn head towards Public Beach Access A. It is a bout 5-10 minute walk from the property. This does not have parking access. This access is right beside Atlantis Lodge If you are looking for a place to park you would have to head to Cam Public Beach access- This is on Knollwood Drive. About 3-5 minutes from the property.

Atlantic Beach is home to this vacation home. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing and other activities like birdwatching.
