**Each unit is limited to two parking passes. If additional parking is needed for visitors or extra vehicles, parking may be available through the Beacon's Reach HOA for $50 per week. The HOA office is located at 510 Salter Path Road, off of Beacon Reach Drive. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for the HOA office contact information.
Guests may also rent a boat slip during their stay (this is an additional fee). Boat slip rentals are coordinated through the marina. The preferred method of contact is by email. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for contact information.**
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
OTHER NOTES:
-Located on the 4th floor of building C
-No pets allowed

-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)
Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Fort Macon State Park and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing and other activities like birdwatching.
