--Guests have access to the Marina Pool located at 590 Marina Drive and the Westport Pool located at 570 Coral Drive.
--Guests must check in at the Atlantic Beach Bluewater office to pick up their check in packets including 2 required parking passes. 2 vehicle limit.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking. Note: There will be NO Smoking permitted in any of the common/public areas of Maritime West.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast.
