Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and take in both ocean and sound views from the top floor private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach.

-THE PROPERTY-
CONDO FEATURES: Unit #356 is a nicely furnished, well kept, non-smoking condo on the third floor. Primary Bedroom - king bed; 2nd Bedroom - queen bed; 2 full baths; Living room; Fully stocked Kitchen; balcony. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Sofa can be used to sleep 1 additional guest. Sofa does not fold out. A twin air mattress is also available.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, wraparound counter w/ bar seating, kitchen table with stools, drip coffee maker, blender, cookware, serving dishes, plates, bowls, glassware, coffee mugs and silverware
GENERAL: Keyless Entry, Free WiFi, central heat & A/C, toiletries, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, linens, bath towels, smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans in all rooms. Beach towel are not provided.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Community pool, charcoal grills, picnic area, laundry room, direct access to the beach.
PARKING: Community parking (2 vehicles, parking pass provided; Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.

-We require a photo of a government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation. This is a standard step we take for the safety of all guests and to ensure a smooth check-in process.

-NO PETS ALLOWED for renters or guests
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
IMPORTANT: This is a 3rd floor condo and stairs are required (NO ELEVATORS) to access which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. This property features 1 camera on the front door facing outward.

Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Fort Macon State Park and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Kayaking, motor boating, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
