Discover this fabulous 1-bedroom gem in Atlantic Beach. This beautiful condo is seconds from the beach. A double unit, this condo has extra space compared to others in the complex. Lovely living area with TV, sleep sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and an updated bathroom. Sleeping area with queen bed and a wall separating bed from 2 twin beds plus half bath. On-site amenities include a laundry room, pool, grills and picnic tables, gazebos overlooking the ocean and private (to the condo community) beach access. Work from here with private wifi access. Relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach side life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast! While it can accommodate up to six people, the condo is approximately 500 sq ft and may be a bit tight for six adults. A maximum of four adults is recommended. Any combination of four or fewer adults with children up to six total people is also OK for this space. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Pets are limited to 2 dogs, under 25 pounds each.
We ask guests pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee is for deep cleaning, sanitizing, and laundering the linens between guests to make the unit as safe as possible for every stay.

This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region.
