☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆

The 4 large bedrooms are beautifully-decorated and offer full-length mirrors, new furnishings, and comfortable mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a plush queen-sized bed and the fourth is furnished with two twin-sized beds. All bedrooms feature Dreamcloud mattresses and organic Supima cotton sheets for your ultimate comfort. Each bedroom offers a dresser, closet, and comfy armchair that provides the perfect place to curl up and relax. There are non-working fireplaces in the two downstairs bedrooms, which add to the charm of the property!

On the first floor, you will find an office and two large, queen bedrooms. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twin beds.

Because this is a historic home, there are two central bathrooms on the first floor and one centralized bathroom on the top floor. Both downstairs bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels and Public Goods shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Charming architecture, cozy design, beautiful hardwoods and high ceilings welcome you when you walk into the front door of this gorgeous home. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals during your stay. The modern stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, and spacious dining table make it easy to prepare and share your meals with loved ones. You’ll also find a drip coffee and pod machine, coffee bean grinder, and milk frother so you can enjoy fresh coffee or tea every morning!

The kitchen opens up to a spacious living room with plenty of seating available on the sofa and the chairs, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. Watch a show on the 65” TV, which is hooked up to DirectTV stream. When you’re not watching TV, enjoy a good book in the office or listening to music on the bluetooth speakers or turntable.

If you need to get work done during your stay, the thoughtfully decorated, designated office will offer all you need with fast internet, as well as a beautiful work desk and seating area.

Step out onto the front porch in the morning and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while relaxing in one of the four rocking chairs.

Through the back door, you’ll find ample parking space. Keep in mind that the yard is not fenced.

This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces. Your safety is our top priority!
There are parking spots in the lot behind the house. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Downtown Athens and Sanford Stadium are less than 3 miles away. Please note there are some areas without sidewalks on the route. There is a nearby public transit stop.

Other things to note
While this home was just updated in 2023, it does maintain its beautiful character. There are little quirks about the home, such as uneven wood floors, creaking steps and funny shaped closet doors. We do believe this simply contributes to the charm of the building and does not detract from the experience, whatsoever.

At the beginning of your stay, you will be provided with a "starter kit" with all household consumables you need for the first week of your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for consumables once that kit is used. These items include toilet paper, toiletries, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent.

To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with a Ring camera with audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:
Street in front of the house
Entrance to the property
Front Lawn

Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces.
