Our home is located just two blocks west of Benedictine College. This English Tudor cottage was completely renovated in 2017 and features a penchant for accenting soft sophistication with bold touches throughout the home. Our mission for this home is more of a vocation - simply to provide a place for families and friends to have a distinctively space to gather. A space that allows for time spent together, during everyday life, and life’s milestone moments.
From move-in weekend to graduation day, and any day in-between, we hope to host your family in great comfort with an unparalleled attention to all the details that make a stay truly memorable.
While our guest you will find everything you need to fully enjoy your time, and get the most out of your visit. From basics to unexpected luxuries - it is truly our pleasure to host! Take advantage of the sunroom or make use of our chefs’ kitchen, complete with Crate and Barrel kitchenware and brand new appliances. We have all you need to prepare a fine meal. Or simply relax while binge watching the latest Netflix series in the beautiful living room on Apple TV. Whatever you need to unwind is here for you

We have taken great pride in lovingly remodeling this home for you and your families. We have received tremendous joy in regularly hosting BC families and their students during the academic year. Our home is thoughtfully laid out for our guests to all come together to celebrate or to tuck away to a quiet room to rest.
We love a good party! We are happy to help you prepare for your best party. We have folding tables, chivari chairs, linens and banquet serving-ware available upon request for garden parties and receptions should you need them.
Additionally, we are delighted to provide a baby crib or an air-mattress with linens should you need them. Please allow us an opportunity to welcome your family into our home It’s all ready for you.
